Survivorship

If the order of deaths of my wife, [Grantor.Spouse.FirstName], and me cannot be established by proof, I shall, for all purposes of this Will, be conclusively presumed to have survived [Grantor.Spouse.FirstName].

If the order of deaths of my wife, [Grantor.Spouse.FirstName], and me cannot be established by proof, [Grantor.Spouse.FirstName] shall, for all purposes of this Will, be conclusively presumed to have survived me.

Except as otherwise provided in this Article, if the order of deaths of any person referred to in this Will and me or of any income beneficiary and remainderman of any trust, cannot be established by proof, I direct that, for all purposes of this Will, I shall be conclusively presumed to have survived such person or such income beneficiary shall be conclusively presumed to have survived such remainderman, as the case may be.
