  1. Call (313) 223-1200 to schedule a session, or complete our feedback form. 

  2. A few minutes before the scheduled conference, login to our Remote Assistance site. 

  3. Call the phone number provided when you scheduled your session.

  4. A member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard during the session.

A high speed internet connection is required.
