PCLaw Payroll

1. The existing PCLaw Payroll module becomes obsolete on 1/1/2008.  You may continue to use it, but there will be no tax table updates.

2. Technical support for the old payroll module ends on January 31, 2008.

3. The new module uses ADP's online payroll service, and offers these features:

·               Process payroll 

·               Print checks from Lexis Back Office or pay employees by direct deposit 

·               Print payroll reports

·               Export payroll entries to Lexis Back Office

·               Print W-2 and W-3 forms and quarterly reports complete with pre-filled payroll information

·               Print W-2s and 1099s

·               File federal and California taxes electronically 

4. The cost of the service is $30/month for any size firm.

7. There is no additional software to install beyond PCLaw 9.0. (Works with PCLaw 9.0 only.)
